Excavator Simulator 2025
These terms apply to your use of Excavator Simulator 2025 (the “Game”), developed and published by Phoelix Games (Ediz Tan), Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its code, artwork, audio and trademarks, remains our property or that of our licensors.
Acceptable use
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the Game; use cheats, bots or modified clients; interfere with ads, leaderboards or other services; or use the Game in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
Purchases
The Game may offer an optional “Remove Ads” purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play’s terms, and refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for money.
Ads and third-party services
The Game shows ads and uses third-party services provided by Google. Their use is described in the Excavator Simulator 2025 privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or parts of it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you clear the app’s data or uninstall the Game.
Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
