Game privacy policy
Excavator Simulator 2025
This policy explains what information Excavator Simulator 2025 (the “Game”) and the services built into it process, why, and the choices you have. The Game is developed and published by Phoelix Games (Ediz Tan), an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Other Phoelix Games titles have their own policies, listed on our privacy page.
Summary
- You do not need to create an account or give us your name or email address to play.
- Your progress, in-game currency, unlocked items and settings are stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, and uses Google Firebase to understand usage and fix crashes. These Google services process device identifiers as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.

The Game does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. Approximate location (country or region) may be derived from your IP address by the services above.
Information you send us
If you contact us at info@phoelixgames.com, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments. We use this only to answer you and to investigate reported problems.
How long information is kept
Information stored on your device stays there until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall it. Information processed by the Google services above is kept according to each service’s retention settings and Google’s policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your choices and rights
- Ads personalisation. Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the Game asks for consent through Google’s consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android device settings.
- Notifications. You can turn game notifications off at any time in Android settings.
- Play Games. Play Games features are optional; you can manage your Play Games profile and visibility in the Google Play Games app.
- Purchases. Purchases are handled by Google Play; refunds and payment settings are managed in your Google Play account.
- Stopping all collection. Uninstalling the game stops all further collection by the game.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email info@phoelixgames.com with the Game’s name. Because the Game has no accounts, we may ask for your in-game or Play Games identifier to locate data.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers and security
Google processes data on servers in several countries, including outside Türkiye and the EU, under its own safeguards. We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will also update the Game’s Google Play data safety information.
