Dig to Skyline: Idle Builder
These terms apply to your use of Dig to Skyline: Idle Builder (Turkish title: Temelden Gökdelene, the “Game”), developed and published by Phoelix Games (Ediz Tan), Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its code, artwork, audio and trademarks, remains our property or that of our licensors. Characters, companies and places in the Game are fictional.
Acceptable use
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the Game; use cheats, bots, clock manipulation or modified clients; interfere with ads, purchases or other services; or use the Game in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
In-game currency and purchases
Coins, boosts, Skyline Stars and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Optional purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. One-time purchases such as Ad-Free Rewards are linked to your Google account and can be restored with Restore purchases; consumable packs are used up when delivered. Daily bonus limits continue to apply with Ad-Free Rewards.
Ads and third-party services
The Game offers optional rewarded ads in exchange for in-game bonuses. Ads and other third-party services are described in the Dig to Skyline privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
Updates and availability
We may update, rebalance, change or stop offering the Game or parts of it at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you clear the app’s data or uninstall the Game.
Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
