Türkçe: Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

This policy explains how Phoelix Games (Ediz Tan), Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Dig to Skyline: Idle Builder (the “Game”). It applies to the Android release, including its test distribution. Other Phoelix Games titles may have different features and privacy practices.

Game progress and settings

The Game does not require you to create an account or sign in, and it does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your construction progress, buildings, collection, purchases and settings are saved locally on your device. The Game does not provide a cloud-save service, multiplayer chat, or player profiles.

Analytics, crash reports and remote configuration

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config, provided by Google, to understand how the Game is played, to balance it, and to find and fix problems. These services collect:

We use this information for analytics, diagnostics and to improve the Game. It is not used to identify you personally. Google processes it under the Firebase privacy and security terms and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The Game is free to play. It shows optional rewarded ads only: an ad plays when you tap a button to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus. There are no banner or interstitial ads. Ads are served through Google AdMob; AdMob mediation also requests ads from Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these partners may collect the Android advertising ID, device and app identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about the ads you see and interact with.

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. Players in Türkiye are served non-personalised ads. You can review or change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy options. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, the Unity Ads privacy policy and the Liftoff privacy policy.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path depends on your device).

In-app purchases

Optional purchases (such as Ad-Free Rewards and coin packs) are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of the product you bought and a transaction reference so we can deliver and restore it; we never receive your card or payment details. Purchases are verified on your device. Google processes payment information under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Time check

To keep offline earnings fair, the Game checks the current time by sending a plain request to google.com and, as a fallback, cloudflare.com. No game data or identifiers are included; as with any web request, these services see your IP address.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. The information described above is shared only with Google (analytics, crash reporting, configuration, advertising and payments) and with the advertising partners named above (Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize), as described in this policy. We may disclose information where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or protect our legal rights.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Game and delivering purchases); our legitimate interests (crash reporting, analytics to improve the Game, fraud prevention); and your consent (personalised advertising). Players in Türkiye can read how these bases apply under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in the KVKK notice.

International transfers

Google, Unity and Liftoff may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on these providers’ standard contractual clauses or other safeguards permitted by applicable law.

Contacting support

If you contact tanco.digital@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. Support messages are handled through Gmail, provided by Google.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage through Android settings or uninstall the Game. Android device backup and restore settings may affect whether app data is restored later. Purchases are linked to your Google account and can be restored with Restore purchases in the Game’s store.

Analytics data is kept by Firebase for no longer than 14 months, and crash reports for 90 days, after which they are deleted. Advertising data is retained by Google, Unity and Liftoff as described in their policies.

To request access to, correction or deletion of analytics or crash data linked to your device, or of information you have sent to support, email tanco.digital@gmail.com. Please include the support ID from the Game (Settings → Privacy → Copy support ID) so we can locate your data. We reply within 30 days.

Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for players aged 16 and over and is not directed at children. It does not ask players to submit their name, date of birth, email address, or other personal details to play. If you believe a child has used the Game or sent personal information to us through support, please contact us so that we can review and delete the information.

Security and your choices

We take reasonable measures to protect information, and analytics, crash and advertising data are encrypted in transit, but no storage or communication method is completely secure. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to contact your local data protection authority.

Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the date above; significant changes will also be announced in the Game. For questions about this policy or a privacy request, contact Phoelix Games at tanco.digital@gmail.com.
