Fruit Slide Match: request data deletion
Fruit Slide Match is a mobile game by Phoelix Games. You can request deletion of data associated with your use of the game even after uninstalling it. The game does not create a Phoelix Games account; Google Play Games sign-in uses a Google account created outside the game.
How to make a request
- Email info@phoelixgames.com with the subject Fruit Slide Match data deletion request.
- Tell us which data you want deleted. If you used the Play Games leaderboard, include your Play Games player name or player ID if available. Do not send your Google password.
- We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the request concerns your data. We will respond to the email address you used and explain what was deleted or what further action is needed.
Data covered by the request
Requests may cover game activity and scores associated with Play Games, analytics events, crash and diagnostic records, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and device or advertising identifiers processed through the game's Google services. We will delete data under our control and request deletion from service providers where their tools and policies allow it.
Game progress stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. These local files are not accessible to us. Your Google account and Play Games profile are managed by Google; deleting game data does not delete your Google account. You can manage that account separately in your Google settings.
Data that may be retained
We may keep the email correspondence needed to complete and document your request, and records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, for as long as those purposes or applicable law require. Google and advertising partners may retain information under their own published retention policies where we cannot directly erase it. We will tell you about any such limitation in our response; we do not promise deletion of data outside our control.
